Time shift

Is there a way to know from which date and time is the rerun we watch ???

Can you tell us more about how it works ?

I think it says "see what you missed this morning." So, it would be whatever was captured in the morning, South Africa time, of the day we happen to be in. What's there now should be what was seen this morning, February 13.

It says it Smalldog ..Only few weeks before, when I asked for first time ...I saw a rerun several days older ...and for several days the same !!!I hope what I watch now it's from this morning ...But when it starts ...I mean what time they change it ?
