I just returned to catch a glimpse of something walking on right side of WH ..did anyone see what it was. Med size, looked to be quite dark ??

Right, Dreamer.....I know I've been told the impala rams make similar sounds....but THIS was way more prolonged....and the in/out sawing sound. Just like the recordings.

That is what I thought also. I know the impalas make a sound like that, and I have heard them, but I sometimes hear what sounds much longer than an Impala would make. It seems like an Impala would be much shorter between the inhale and exhale sounds. I vote for Leopard, even if it is just wishful thinking :D

I listened to the sound recording of Aquila's from a few days back. It was positively ID'd as leopard by many who have heard them. What we just heard was exactly like that....the "sawing" sound....in & out.
