About

As a young child I loved animals. Growing up in the UK,  my grandfather introduced me to wildlife.  We went on many walks in the Lake District, looking for birds and rabbits,  and foxes and badgers.

As a young woman,  I went with the love of my life to South Africa.  A dear friend who was writing a book on the wildlife of Southern Africa, introduced us to the Kruger National Park.   We stayed in South Africa for 22 years,  and a passion was born.

I have been an Africammer since 1999.   When I came to the USA in 2001,  it was a window to the world that I love.

I don't need a garden.  I share a waterhole.

Such a great bio!  It paints a wonderful picture of your passion.  I am lucky to be able to share the waterhole with you and our fellow Africammers!
