I am in my 50's, drive a special needs schoolbus route, and have grandchildren.  My husband is retired from Ohio Department of Natural Resources, where he worked to set aside natural areas and preserves.  Now he works for a non-profit, saving parcels of land in the Hocking Hills area.

I have a background in wildlife work in my earlier years, including a published paper on shrew behavior. 

I currently rescue domestic cats and assist a big cat rescue here in the states, as well as raising show cats (Turkish Angoras and Savannahs).
