i no longer can download a clip in the new player. is anyone else having this problem? in the upper right corner it says download this video and when you click it comes up with the box with the waiting message but then i get an error message. real networks has encountered a problem. is there a way to record in media player? any suggestions would be appreciated.

thank you aquila. i am using real player beta 11. it was working fine before africam got the new look. i did not know there were other programs you could use with africams player that allowed you to record. silly me. would you mind sharing where one can find screen virtuoso? again thank you so much for sharing and helping.

 Not sure what program you are using. I use screen virtuoso and have no problems. Blue, are you using the same program as Theodora? __________________

sounds like it. I get that to on PP and on NK but not on Djuma as I use WMP to watch. I tried the link right through WE and if I watch it from that a box pops up to download. I couldnt do that up until last week when I had problems with PP and downloaded the realplayer ( thats what PP says you have to use to view it).
