I also haven't seemed to find the trick to getting a vote through, but I did find out you need to have your twitter settings with the "protect my tweets" box unchecked so your tweets show publicly. Your twitter account can't be brand new but have been made before the start of the contest. You must also put in a reason. It said in the rules that you can vote multiple times but the text will be replaced. Below is a shorter form to send a vote via your twitter account. When I tried this via my home page on twitter it would not let me repeat same text so I had to change the because... portion to send it again. I hope it is just slow on showing the votes to update the page since so few votes by others are showing and none of mine are shown yet.
