fpb_raw Water at EP

Hi there,

Am pretty new at this - so maybe someone can enlighten me.  EP seems to have run out of water totally now - so sad. I know that when NK had problems with the water pump they added water manually from a water tank...... was wondering if this was a possibility at EP. Do not know what EP relies on for its water supply.

Thank you very much for this info. Was feeling sooooo sorry for the animals coming to the water hole and not really be able to drink. I know this is how it is in the wild - but my heart does go out to them. I do go to the forum on a daily basis to see what everyone is saying and what has been happening. Just very frustrated as I am a bit technologically challenged and have not mastered the art of taking photo's and videos yet - sigh!!

Hi and welcome to Africam and the forum.  I do hope you will join us in the daily created Boma chat thread where we talk about what we are seeing and hearing at the waterholes.  Feel free to ask any questions there too.  You posted this on your blog but I can answer that question.  EP is letting the pan dry out on purpose as they need to dredge it out which we were told it will be doing in the very near future.  After that is done they will again be able to fill it up.
