Hopefully someone can correct me, I see the geese in the wh, are they Egyptian or Canadian, as both migrate down to that part of africa this time of year. They both breed and have chicks, did anyone see these earlier this year???
Hi Cmorgy - they are Egyptian Geese.

I sent you a PM earlier - hope you got it.

Hi Poppet - what time is it with you?  I can never sort out Australia Embarassed

Hi Ingwe...it's 7.58 am Saturday here.  Where we live on the east coast it's 8 hrs ahead of the waterholes.  Some states in our time zone have daylight saving but we don't.  So they are 9 hrs ahead of CAT...confusing...lol.

Hubby is home now so we are going to eat and then go out.  May or may not be back later, depends on how the day pans out..lol.  Have fun

This are Egyptian Geese. Mostly 2 ( a pair) seen here. If more there will be a territorial fight start Eye-wink

They are called E & T and are our guards. They can tell, by their moving or calling, something is approaching and if it is a good or bad creature for them Eye-wink

Never seen young ones here, more seen in/ at rivers or bigger watersides.
