It is fantastic when they fly all together ...at a sunny sky ... Today was cloudy and only six ...But once I counted more than 100 flying all together over the small lake of Agras exactly outside of the town !!! It was incredible ...Even kostis, my son who is never impressed by birds ...can't forget it
I can't imagine anyone not being impressed by that sight Fani. We have the white pelicans here in the summer and I've rarely seen more than 10-12 at a time, but having them gracefully circling above is beautiful. White storks are also very impressive ...but they gather in big numbers only in migration ...Even I have them on avatar ...I like a little more the Dalmatian Pelicans ...I love their red beak during the season of reproduction too ...and today their beaks were already red !!! __________________
