I saw the discussion about Flash 9/10.  I have 10 on mine (XP) and seems to be working fine...my computer is probably about 4 years old

Hi Howwa.

I lose the sound and sometimes it comes back when it don't in a few seconds and no spinning wheel I hit the pause button give it a few seconds then hit play and it starts with sound. 

So far so good for me also ...but I find myself going back to the old 'puter to do stuff that I am familar with. I write a lot and use my One Notes and publisher a lot.  I am looking forward to using the media capabilities on this Vista ..but have to dig my courage up to just dive in and do it LOL.  I connected an external harddrive to the old xp puter and it put all kinds of programs on the there that loads and saves every freaking photo I look at , not just once, but in 3 different programs ! So it is very clogged at the moment ..have to do a major cleanup

I had to go to flash 10 to get the cams on this XP computer but the one in the kitchen has windows 2000 and upgradeing to 10 didn't work, I get a JSON fail ! then a bunch of gobbly gook about string africam blah blah.

Guess will remove it and see if I can get 9 to work.

 

You can remove flash 10 by going to control panel add remove programs. 

 WD Sorry can't help you with transfer.You could uninstall,and install 9.What a pain these computer are,LOL

 

How do you like,and get on with Vista.I have a new PC with vista,and I find it ok up till now.Keeping fingers crossed.
