Halfway through work yesterday I was aching in pain. I left work early because I could barely walk. I couldn't walk at all last night. I am better this morning but it still hurts to put any weight on it. I am wondering if I sprained it or something. Hi Kara (I'm not a doctor, but...) sounds like it could be tendonitis. Elevation is good. And icing will help with imflamation. Ice pack (or frozen peas or corn) wrapped in a thin towel. 10 minutes on and 10 minutes off for a total of 3 icings.
Yeah I have been alternating hot and cold. I'll try just cold. Thanks!

I am not sure what I did to my foot. My boyfriend and I went into San Francisco and walked and walked all around town playing tourist. (ha ha). That night I got home and was fine. Halfway through work yesterday I was aching in pain. I left work early because I could barely walk. I couldn't walk at all last night. I am better this morning but it still hurts to put any weight on it. I am wondering if I sprained it or something. Oh well... I will go to the doctor in a couple days if it doesn't get better.
