does anyone else have the africam.com in the bottom left hand corner of NK? the little box with the eye that says africam.com in the top left hand corner of each page is the same thing I have in the bottom left corner of the cam.

Yes, unfortunately the live stream is now "marked" with a logo in the corner. This was discussed a little in yesterday's thread, to me it's a very disappointing development and I hope they reconsider.

I do not like that Africam logo being on the cams either. It distracts my viewing. My eyes focus on that rather than the cam video feed.It spoils fullscreen mode also.Hopefully if enough members complain it will be removed. Just my opinion.

NK, I think I heard a lion in the distance.  They need to quit teasing us every night and make a stop at the wh.

Hi everyone! Sag, I love your little critter with the new day!

I wasn't on yesterday, so missed the discussion on the africam logo, but I'm sure it has to do with the wavelit thing and others taking the africam photos and not crediting africam for them.

I don't like it because first, the viewing screen is small enough as it is and second, what if a critter decides to sit right where the logo is, especially at night.

Thanks, Marsha. Someone once said that there were basically two seasons there, so I was curious.

Sue I found this information on the internet.

Seasons in South Africa

Summer -  (mid-October to mid-February)

Autumn or Fall  -  (mid-February to April)

Winter  -  (May to July)

Spring -  (August to mid-October)

I am unsure if this is correct so maybe someone here can confirm this for us all.
