Hi Allison.  The Africlub icon indicates the person is a member of Africlub.  People became a member from their contributions to Africam.  It was started almost a year and a half ago as a place to be more in the know of what is going on with Africam and to brainstorm suggested improvements in Africlub forum threads.  Unfortunately participation dwindled and I don't know if that is currently even still in effect other then prior members having the icon on our IDs.  I hope this helps answer your question.
