Hi there - just logged on and all I get is a white screen - get all the adverts etc - no problems but then just white. anyone be able to explain please - mind you it could be just me. Time here in NZ is 4.10 pm Friday afternoon Cheers Claire

still only seeing a white screen after I've clicked to elephant plains. regular africam is OK, but also can't get the time lapse video either. Since I'm in MA and can't usually watch during the day I liked getting to see what I had missed.

 i'm getting the whitescreentoo after the milk ad. so anything we can do about it? puppetgal8 in MA Hi puppetgal8, have you ever seen anything past the milk ad? The reason I ask is because the camera is presently down for everyone(it has been for most of the day), but if you have never seen anything past the advertisement then we can work on a solution. __________________

Just shows wot happens when one is too quick to do a posting - I closed window down and then came back on and bingo - got the live cam - so sorry for being impatient.Cheers Claire  |

check to see if your pop up blokker is on, if so disable it and all should work.
