An Africam Wiki already exists. (Sorry, I'm at work and cannot put this in a link.)

I know, but this isn't a wiki like Wikipedia. I mean with Articles and photos for every animal seen.

Marcel there is already  a database  from every animal seen at the waterholes  with pictures   and info under every picture

I just thought we maybe should do this more in detail and clearer arranged??

This would be a fabulous idea. There are so many knowledgeable people who know SO much about African animals and birds. They'd be an attribute to any page and could offer substantial information about the animals seen on  Africam.  Providing another venue to support the animals seen here could be intensely valuable.

I'm new to this africam but any new pages on the african animals would be very helpful to me and I am sure others. I support this great idea and know you will make this very enjoyable. I look forward to seeing much more.

I'm happy to tell you all that I created a wiki. More infos being posted here soon. If anyone of u already wants to start editing, it is important that u take the same nickname like on Africam. Thank you.

In addition to Africam links that were already provided by others in this thread there is also the virtual ranger section in the Bush School link at the top of the page for added information about different animals.  Ranger Josh is also adding info about animals in his blogs here on Africam.com Hope this helps.
