Am new to the forum - but was so sorry and shocked to read about Penny and her family. It's taboo to mess with someone's family.    I hope WE does get rid of the ad's & blue highlights.

Also a BIG thank you to Faye - for the extra help linking onto the drive....I actually took my first trip this morning on the 6:30CAT. I didn't post or "talk" with you guys - because I was afraid if I touched anything or another window - I would mess something up.

I'll be more brave next time.

Just checking in briefly, and am sooo disappointed that a troll would write such awful things, and that they could go unchecked... It is heartening to see this group rally in support of Penny, and I am just relieved that action is being taken on all fronts.. long overdue.

 I  usually just read the boards but after reading what happened today I want to tell you that I hope WE and possibly Africam can get rid of this horrid poster so that they can never post again. What they did is beyond unacceptable.

I am also a grandmother so I know your deep concern for your sweet little granddaugher, her name  is beautiful. My prayers are with you and your family.

It was me who posted that about the IP numbers,

Africam has implemented some software to help stop spam attacks and such like. Unfortunatly it also punnished some innocent cammers as well, resulting in them getting the 403 error when they post.

At this moment they are still investigating. 

When we have the IP address, Africam can put you on the allowed/white list and see if that solves the problem.

For the moment I can't give you any info about the ads, but as soon as we get some more information, we will post it on the forum.

@ Ex-centric  and SAG - thanks for the supportive concern - much appreciated.  I will nail this so and so if it is the last thing I ever do!

Regarding the giving out of the addressed we did so to try and facilitate the sorting out of the problem that is plagueing so many of us with this stupid message Error 403 so hopefully it will be resolved.

I got a very nice letter of apology and explanation of the error from WE. The post was immediately removed after they found out about the error. I was told they that indeed did think that I had posted the message.  The contact information if this happens again is . I am satisfied with the apology (to me), Penny has to deal with her issues also. I did reiterate that I think allowing for posting like it is done now needs to be changed.

Now I see that Sag heard them too.....
