Thanks to all who responded....and I sure will check out the link provided.  I too thought that WildEarth employeed them but could only pull up the wildearth site that provides the link to the drives and the "info log" from the drivers.

Thanks again!

Ron, here in BC (just a few days back) on our Knowledge Network, we had a NatGeog special on "Shooting the Big Cats" and half of it was about Tjololo.....it was done in 2003, and there were some breath-taking shots of him. What a wonder to watch him as a young male leopard.....

I agree Lily, he was such an interesting, charismatic leopard and those programs he featured in were all highly enjoyable.

Hi Jersey Girl. If you click on Lily's link and go all the way back to last April  in the previous pages, you can find a bio on Jan and Pieter and Haley. And as lily mentioned, the others are interspersed. I don't think one has ever been done of James, though.

Also, an added note. This crew is actually employed by WildEarth, and not Djuma Reserve.

Jersey Girl - there is some information here

http://wildearth-media.blogspot.com/2007_04_01_archive.html

but it is a bit dated.   I remember that there was a bio spot in the blogs when Rexon started, so just scan them and you should find the info....

Hi All.....

Sad that there's no drive or Q & A session......

Was wondering if anyone knows if there is a web site for the Djuma Game Driver/guides????

I checked out the main web site - but under staff and gallery - I don't see pics of Pieter, Rexon, Haley, Alex, Jan, etc.....

Does anyone know of a web site that would have pics and maybe even some background info???

I don't get onto the drives too often (same problem as everyone else) - but often wonder where they are originally from, previous experience, education, family, interests.... I think they are all such fascinating folks, and many a day I envy (what seems to be) their quiet - laid back manner and days. (I'm sure they all run at 100mph all day - but they project a good calm illusion for me).

Thanks and I hope we get a drive for the am

Jersey Girl....
