Karen it was called Walking with Lions.. I saw it about 3 or 4 months ago..Hopefully it will be back on again.
Thanks Wile, I have seen that a couple of times and wanted to make sure if it was right one, but was wondering if Gareth was actually shown on there or his name mentioned. can't remember that part... lol__________________

Yes Wile if rangers come across lionson foot with guests shouting is employed long before the use of rifles. Gareth took part in the filming of an experiment for Animal Planet so see how close some guy could get to a pride of lions and he eventually got to where he could sit about a metre from them with no reaction. The only scary thing is that visitors to our game reserves also think that it is a big pussy cat and sadly that is where an innocent animal will have to lose its life because of the stupidity of a tourist!

Do you know exactly "what" they may have called that? and was gareth shown in the production, as I can't remember what you said about that part.__________________

I saw that Penny!!! Was a great show.. Called walking with lions or something.. The fellow was an animal trainer.. I've seen him on another animal planet show where he worked with tigers in africa to train them so he could release them in india to the wild... What I remember was this guy kept talking to the lions and calling them Big Cat.. Was definetly a good show..  __________________
