Same. Heard the lion earlier, I wonder if there's a kill in the area.

Thanks! I like just listening. I'm content with that. I do miss the anticipation of watching Nkorho and wondering what might wander into view any second.

There are some live cams on the National Geographic site also, I think.

Also maybe on the Smithsonian site.

Yes, LM, they have a help option. I think I just better leave it alone. I'll just turn firewall off and back on again when I'm connecting.

I just wish I knew what it was that the WildEarth feed transmits that makes my firewalls tell them Nuh Uh!

I feel a lot calmer now. I can't really see much, not like watching Nkorho at night, but, I can hear sounds. Watching this one is like watching a bowl of rice growing moldy.

What about the other 30 second refresh cam's...are they running? Where are they (links I mean)?

There are some on the main page of Africam but, most of those are down for the night. You might try tau cam, leopard cam, the black eagle and the osprey.

Does anyone know what BITS peercaching is?

I'm trying to set exceptions for Windows Firewall to allow but I don't know what that one is.

I'm sure there are items on the "exceptions" list that impact connecting or not connecting to WildEarth but I don't know what they might be.

I'm trying. 36 clicks so far and still trying.

Disabling Windows Firewall now.

And on the 38th click, I have the connection.
