WILDEARTH'S DJUMA VIDEO CAM - Thu 3 May discussion/sightings

************** NEW DAY AT DJUMA***********

Wow long time since I have posted, but I am loving the Wildearth cam. Ohh and Peiter is very easy on the eyes as well. I am so happy that I now have 2 cams to watch. But man is it gonna be hard now to get anything done with 2 of them. Ohh well I will just have to get things done in between my Cam Time. Ohhh and Lighthouse, you have no reason to apologize. I have been posting for some time now, and I still make mistakes, and post things in the wrong areas and so forth. So do not let anyone run you off from this great forum, or webcam. Have a wonderful day and happy camming!

EXPIRED THREAD POST

Please excuse the posting to an expired thread....but I wanted to address lighthouse....

Lighthouse...I have been around forums for over 7 years. You can't take any one or two posts too seriously. People make mistakes and people pointing out those mistakes....also make mistakes. This forum is in a major transition and will likely be facing even more controversy as the new cams come online. We will all have to be patient with the technology and the people. In my opinion, you haven't done anything wrong...and shouldn't be feeling guilty about being here and posting. You have to decide for yourself what you want to do....but if you enjoy posting here....then do it. :)

Everyone else....be advised...this is NOT the current Djuma thread......

i've just been reading back through some of the post, i guess i really stired up a hornets nest by discussing somethings here that shouldn't have been, i said i get confused, i'm not perfect like some people. sorry, and i have also stated that i know very little about the tech stuff involved with computers, i didn't realize that leaving the cam on, would interfer with other people getting on. i've learned alot on some of that, but that is neither here nor there. again i am sorry, i thought this would be something to entertain me since i am no longer working, but i guess i was wrong. i will just go back to watching and making no post. it was nice to talk to some of you and happy camming.

Just getting my internet connection back to a decent speed. Haven't read back thru everything but if anyone missed the baboon sleeping in the tree or the chameleon (lizard) I have clips of them if they haven't already been posted.

Dacman, I think that was a termite mound.

Missing most of these drives I can't comment much on them but the ones I have seen parts of are very informative and has me biting at the bit for the africam drives to start later this month. It's going to be so awesome!!!

Good afternoon everyone, or evening africa. I noticed reading back some are complaining a bit about this cam and not seeing animals that the lodge folks see.. Oh poooleeeze!!

No one can assure you that you will see animals period. You never know when a lion is going to show up or an impala for that. You've been watching africa cam long enough to know that.

This is a great cam, to watch the drive and be there as if you were riding in a landy looking for animals. The whole thing is the excitement of whats just around the corner.

I personally love the fact that Peiter explains things right down to the tiniest tin spider nest. Its amazing to me to learn about all this stuff.

I can imagine if you pay by the hour of viewing like we used to years ago when we first got online it wouldn't be worth it. Especially with the bugs in the system right now.

But this is something that the majority of us will never in our lives get to see live. And this is the closest it gets to actually being there. I'm just so excited about this Im dancing and thats not easy to do for me since Im not able to walk very well :)

But I am wanting to thank all of you for your wonderful pictures and videos. I have been missing most of the cam lately because of hubby being in hospital and daughters divorce. Lots of going here and there these days but it should all settle down after next week and the follow up visits to the doctors. Then Im staying up til 4 am to watch :D

Whooping again and Im rambling.. Have a wonderful day everyone :)
