Dear Cammers,

There is some confusion with the different cams and what is seen on each of them.

This is a Trial topic for discussion of the Djuma cam. That way all Djuma information is together in one place.

Thanks everyone.

Hi everyone! Thanks for the link Wildcall! I had been watching on the little WE link. I am loving the game drives and looking forward to Nkorho's too. If Sherran was asking who Banditt is, she posts over on the Wavelit forum under Africam.

I need some help. Have been away for three days and was unable to get Knorho on my sons computer. I come home and whoooooo I see this thread....I thought it wasnt going to start until the end of May....BUT what I need is the link to the cam you are all watching and talking about...I picked up one link .. entertainmentafrica etc...but it was a night shot on Telcom Media window? a very small picture and very fuzzy.

Am I at the right place? Yes I know I could go back and read more threads but will miss all the good stuff and honestly I am totally confused where to go. I did see the link to Youtube and intend to watch all the videos there....help...thanks guys.

Hi Kinty!
The Nkorho live game cam is still scheduled for the end of May. This cam is located at Djuma, a different private game reserve located about 2 miles from Nkorho. What you are seeing now is their watering hole, and there isn't much that goes on at night, at least not from what we've witnessed so far. The game drives are at 7am and 4pm C.A time. The link you already have probably has the best picture, but it is heavily pixellated. Since the set-up is fairly new, I'm guessing they wil be upgrading in time..

Here's another link, anyway..."mms://196.25.183.3/WildEarthstream"

Thank you so much Wildcall....I will try this other link as well. In the meantime I will just have to wait till the morning... and now look forward to the Nkorho safari cam...oh how on earth are we going to watch THREE cams????? 8) There will be no time for housework, shopping and all that rubbish.. I am so excited, I just had time to watch a couple of the videos on Youtube and it was fantastic, before putting the dinner on...oh my where will I be able to fit my 'other life' into this??????

If anyone is interested, I was just watching the Youtube link posted by Audrey (up above) and among the many videos was this one of the chameleon we saw today...in entirety. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JH6_JE-grOE&NR=1

One of my favorites was a vid posted by Banditt066 (Djuma Game Drive..Part 7-Final). At the end, the person who submitted the video wrote ---- "Presented by Peter the Hottie!!"  Is it someone we know here????

ETA: Found Part 7.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BCHqRv179v4

It is difficult to see at night. The best scenario would be if they combined the technology of the Africam and and the mobility of the Wildearth. I have visions of the drives bumping into each other as the two sites are so close.....or maybe shaking hands when they met
