fpb_raw WIN Africam Pro For a Year! - This is The Eyecon Challenge

We are pleased to announce the launch of the AfricamPro Eyecon Challenge. A contest designed to truly test the limits of our community's creativity and originality. Here's how it works:

1. You download the Eyecon Challenge PDF located HERE

2. You place the Eyecon somewhere. Put it on your wall, your forehead, next to your dog, or take it somewhere cool like a local landmark or the top of a mountain. The more awesome the idea, the better the chance you have of winning. (Just remember to keep it clean, and don't do anything illegal)

3. Then just snap a pic with the Eyecon in it and upload it HERE on the Africam Facebook Page.

That's it. Our panel of judges will choose the ten finalists based on creativity, originality, humour and the quality of the photograph. After that the entire community will vote to determine the three winners.

The Grand Prize is an AfricamPro 1 year subscription. Second prize is a 6 month subscription, and third prize a 3 month subscription, which means there are plenty of chances to win.

So let's get those cameras snapping folks. Download the eyecon now and we'll see what you can come up with. The AfricamPro Eyecon Challenge is ON!

Hi Prescott - you need to set your privacy settings on facebook to 'friends' only. That way you won't be bombarded with unwanted people contacting you. I've been active on fb for over 4 years and I've never had a problem.

anyhow, I don't really care about the adds so much; but can we have a competition where I can win a years worth of Nkorho in focus please? That camera is high on A.D.D.

I agree re Facebook. Not something I choose to join. It's too bad that we can't just enter without having to go through a nuisance website. After having signed a petition through Facbook once, then being bombarded with "so and so wants to be your firend", I couldn't get off the darned thing. Great for the tweens and those who could care less about privacy - not so great for those of us who prefer to have a little privacy in our lives.

Africam, open this up to all users, please.

Post your picture to facebook???? What about those of us who are not on facebook and never intend to be? This "contest" is discriminatory.
