I'm new and I have a question. I can see in NK that there's a couple of birds walking behind the lake. The camera is not zooming into them. Does the camera only zoom in to large animals?

Our zoomie does zoom in on birds as well as the larger animals, but, they have duties to attend to at the lodge and aren't always available to man the camera...
